What is Rake A Difference?
Rake A Difference is an annual community event that raises funds to support the Pocatello Free Clinic.
Various lawns in and around Pocatello are sponsored for a pledge (a minimum of $100) and then teams of wonderful volunteers, ranging from community leaders to students, go out and rake the fallen leaves. It's a great way to get involved in the community while beautifying Pocatello.
November 2023 will be the 6th annual Rake A Difference event sponsored by the Pocatello Free Clinic.
When is it?
The Pocatello Free Clinic will be hosting it's 6th annual Rake A Difference community event the first two weekends in November.

Day 1: November 3rd, 2pm-dusk (about 6pm)
Day 2: November 4th, 10am-2pm
Day 3: November 10th, 2pm-dusk (about 6pm)
Day 4: November 11th, 10am-2pm
Where is it?
Once registered, you and your team (if you have one) will be assigned lawns in Pocatello and/or Chubbuck, depending on criteria mentioned on the registration form.
What if I can't rake both days?
That's totally okay! We welcome any and all volunteers for as long as you are willing and able to help!
We do ask that you give us a firm commitment on your availability in order to ensure all lawns get completed.
If I don't want to rake, can I still be involved?
Of course! A great way to show your support without being a volunteer is through the donation of funds for supplies, such as rakes, gloves, and leaf bags. Flat donations may also be made to the Pocatello Free Clinic.
When does registration close?
Volunteer registration closes November 1st
